Finance Officer (NDIS & Home Care)


Help at Home by Montefiore is a large Home Care and NDIS provider that supports it's clients across the Greater Sydney area. We provide the most committed team of Carers to our clients on a daily basis ensuring respect, choice and dignity is given to each individual client. Our new and very modern office is based in the metropolitan suburb of Double Bay. The role is varied and no day will be the same. You will work within a close knit team of Care and Roster Coordinators and be responsible for the following:Preparation of all business reports including - hours completed for all revenue streams,  billing, invoicing payroll and purchase orders for clientsClaiming all services and transactions through the NDIS and My Aged Care portal.Generating monthly statements for Consumer Directed Care (CDC) clients Setting up bookings and services in the NDIS portal for participants that we supportWorking closely with Montefiore Finance team in order to ensure Supporting Roster Team with overflow of callsTaking general calls relating to payroll, finance and staff enquiriesCreate purchase orders for clients in the system to ensure spend is captured The role will offer:Security, growth and developmentSalary packaging5 weeks leave per yearMonthly ADO (accrued day off)A fantastic work culture and flexibility within the work environment To be successful you must: Have a strong understanding of how to access and navigate the NDIS portal for claims and setting up participantsHave a strong understanding of My Aged Care portal and how to manage clients and their spend Excellent attention to detail and ability to problem solveStrong written and verbal communicationCustomer focused attitude and a passion for making a difference with the vulnerable and elderly. If you believe you are our new star, please apply immediately or call Amanda on 0423 748 966 for a confidential discussion   AUD Double Bay 2028
