Our modern office is based in the metropolitan suburb of Double Bay. Due to growth in our organisation we are currently looking for an energetic Administration Assistant who will not only be the face of our business, but will also enjoy a varied day of administration, recruitment and supporting the Roster Team with over flow of calls and enquiries. To be successful in this role you must enjoy your day to be varied and be a true team player who will support and complete the following tasks:Managing purchase orders on behalf of our clients Coding and managing invoices in our Finance SystemScanning and managing all e-documents in clients cloud based filing systemBe the face of the organisation - based on Reception you will be our first and very important point of contact for all visitors. Assisting with Recruitment and Induction processCreation and maintenance of information folders Assist with internal and external mailWork with Training and Development team to keep staff up to date with trainingSupport Management with staff terminations and updating relevant changes in the systemFully vaccinated (or at least one dose) with Covid-19 VaccineFor your hard work and commitment you will be part of a team that makes a difference and truly adds value to our clients on a daily basis.
