Our modern office is based in the metropolitan suburb of Double Bay. Due to growth in our organisation we are currently looking for an energetic Administration & Recruitment Assistant who will not only be the face of our business on reception but will also enjoy a varied day of administration and recruitment of carer staff for the business. To be successful in this role you must enjoy your day to be varied and be a true team player who will support and complete the following tasks:Managing the end-to-end recruitment process of Home Care Workers from application to orientation to the companyManaging the office including, purchase of office supplies.Supporting the General Manager on a day-to-day basis.Be the face of the organisation - based on Reception you will be our first and very important point of contact for all visitors. Supporting the Care Coordinators with administrative duties Work with Training and Development team to keep staff up to date with training.For your hard work and commitment, you will be part of a team that makes a difference and truly adds value to our clients on a daily basis.
